contains 550 mg of active sulphite per tablet. Two crushed tablets equal 1/4 teaspoon.

Dosing Suggestions:

• Stabilizing Wine or Cider Before Fermentation:  add 1 crushed tablet per gallon of wine or cider before fermentation in order to naturally kill microorganisms and prevent spoilage.  Wait 24 to 36 hours before adding yeast.
• Chlorine Reduction:  add 1 crushed tablet for up to 20 gallons of water for reducing chlorine to negligible levels.
• Sanitizing Solution:  For making a sanitizing solution, mix 16 crushed campden tablets per gallon of warm water.
