An English Style porter which East Kent Golding and Willamette Hops that compliment the rich chocolate, caramel, and nutty malt flavors.  East Kent Golding and Willamette hops are both English style hops which provide some spice and floral flavors and aromas that compliment the rich malt flavors.  

Characteristics:

• 5.2% ABV
• 25.0 IBU
• 27.5 SRM
• 1.054 OG
• 1.014 FG

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags.  However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. These yeasts may have different levels of attenuation which may result in slight variations in the final gravity.  

Priming Sugar:  For priming sugar, we recommend the following:

• 5 oz Priming Sugar
• Carbonation Drops

Grain Bags:  If you need a grain bag, we recommend the following:

• Brew In A Bag Straining Bag With Handles

Hop Straining Bags:  If you need hop straining bags, we recommend the following:

• Small Muslin Hop Boiling Bag
