Mandarina Bavaria has aroma descriptors that includes fruity and citrus, specifically distinct tangerine and citrus flavors. Bred at the Hop Research Institute in Hull, this hop displays pleasant fruitiness in finished beers. It is a daughter of Cascade, Hallertau Blanc, and Hull Melon. This hop is excellent for American IPA's, black ales, saisons, Brett fermentations, and other fruity beers.
