Briess Bavarian Wheat LME can be used in the production of extract wheat beers, and in the production of all grain beers to adjust color, flavor and gravity of wheat and other styles of beer.  Bavarian Wheat LME is often used in partial mash and mini mash wheat beers such as Hefeweizen, American Wheat Ales, Dunkelweizen, and Weizenbock.  Briess Bavarian Wheat is also available as Dry Malt Extract (DME).

Contents:  65% Malted Wheat / 35% Malted Barley
