Malted & Unmalted Grains

Malted and unmalted grains make up the backbone of beer. We carry high quality grains from the most popular North American and European maltsters including Briess, Weyermann, Great Western, Rahr, Dingemans, Crisp, Warminster, & more. Base malts, like 2 row and pale malt, usually make up about 70 to 100% of all beers while specialty malts, like crystal malts and roasted barley, account for up to 30% of beers and provide a wide range of flavors. We will mill your grain or you can ask us to leave it unmilled if you have your own grain mill. We also offer bulk unmilled grain in 50 and 55 LB bags.
