Flavorings, Herbs & Spices
Herbs and spices are used in a wide range of beers. For example, Belgian saisons often use coriander, paradise seeds, and orange peel. Mugwort is used in some gruit ales. Grapefruit peel is used in our popular Grapefruit IPA. Alternatively, our large selection of natural fruit flavorings can be used to quickly infuse fruit flavorings in all sorts of beers, seltzers, ciders, meads, and wines.
