Texas Ales Partial Mash Recipe Kits

Our Texas Ales are big and bold and full of Texas ingredients. We design each Texas recipe with malts from TexMalt from Fort Worth, Texas.  You can use Community Cultures yeast from San Antonio, Texas to make your recipe as Texan as possible. Each recipe will use around 1.5 to 3.5 pounds of grain and 3 to 12 pounds of liquid or dry malt extract.
