Dark Ales, Stouts & Porters - Partial Mash
Our 5 gallon dark ale, stout, and porter recipes are malt forward and emphasize darker malt flavors. These darker malts will add roast, coffee, caramel, and biscuit flavors and aromas. Each of these 5 gallon partial mash recipes are designed for brewing on basic homebrew equipment. Each recipe will use around 1.5 to 3.5 pounds of grain and 3 to 12 pounds of liquid or dry malt extract.
