Belgian Ales - Partial Mash

Belgian ales typically have higher alcohol content than other comparable styles, are malt forward, and have unique funky Belgian yeast flavors.  Each of these 5 gallon partial mash recipes are designed for brewing on basic homebrew equipment. Each recipe will use around 1.5 to 3.5 pounds of grain and 3 to 12 pounds of liquid or dry malt extract.
