Our Island Chicken Pale Ale has plenty of tropical and citrus flavors.  This beer features New Zealand Pacific Jade and Motueka hops which have flavors and aromas that include stone fruit, lime, and fresh citrus.

Characteristics:

• 5.1% ABV
• 38.6 IBU
• 5.1 SRM
• 1.056 OG
• 1.017 FG

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags.  However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. These yeasts may have different levels of attenuation which may result in slight variations in the final gravity.  

Priming Sugar:  For priming sugar, we recommend the following:

• 5 oz Priming Sugar
• Carbonation Drops

Grain Bags:  If you need a grain bag, we recommend the following:

* We strongly recommend adding an ice pack when ordering liquid yeast.  Transit times can vary and liquid yeast works best when it remains cold until the day you brew.
