This hoppy blonde ale has bright citrus flavors that come from Citra® and Cascade hops. Citra and Cascade hops provide citrus, grapefruit, floral, and tropical flavors and aromas.

• ABV:  4.7%
• SRM:  4.1
• IBU:  24.8
• OG:  1.046
• FG:  1.010

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags.  However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. This beer was designed using Fermentis Safale US-05 dry yeast.  Using an alternative yeast may result in slight variations in attenuation and final gravity. 

Priming Sugar:  For priming sugar, we recommend the following:

• 5 oz Priming Sugar
• Carbonation Drops

Grain Bags:  If you need a grain bag, we recommend the following:
