Classic Weihenstephan Hefeweizen Yeast.  Hearty performance and banana forward flavors with hints of clove. A universal strain used by home brewers and pro brewers alike. Can be underpitched to produce a more traditional style.

Packed with 150 billion cells.

Specifications:

  • Attenuation: 65-73.
  • Flocculation: Low.
  • Alcohol Tolerance: 5-10%.
  • Optimum Fermentation Temp: 68°F - 72°F.
