Return Shipping Costs

Same Day Shipping
All orders placed by 11 am CST will ship that same day if the order is placed on a normal business day. Any orders placed after 11 am CST will be shipped the following business day. Our business days are Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Severe weather may also lead to a delay in same day shipping.
The delivery time for our Flat Rate Shipping and Ground Shipping services may vary based on your delivery address. Refer to the map below to determine the approximate delivery timeframe.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Free Shipping and Flat Rate Shipping
Most products that we offer receive 8.99 flat-rate shipping (or $6.99 in Texas) when shipped within the contiguous United States. Free Shipping and Flat-rate shipping are not available for addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Territories.
We may occasionally offer free shipping on select products or based on the total size of your shopping cart. Free shipping is available for orders of $70 and above.
Some items do not qualify for free shipping or flat-rate shipping. These items will have product descriptions that state that they do not qualify for free or flat rate shipping. Free shipping offers are only available in the lower 48 states.
Shipping To Correct Address
You are responsible for providing us with the correct mailing address when your order is placed online. We will make all reasonable efforts to validate your address with the shipping courier. You will be responsible for any additional shipping charges that are incurred if you provide us the incorrect shipping address.

New Year’s Day
We ship all Wyeast and White Labs yeast with ice packs to help ensure that the yeast arrives alive. Please refrigerate any Wyeast or White Labs yeast immediately after you receive your package in the mail.
Preparing a yeast starter is a good way to increase the yeast cell count before you pitch your yeast. We recommend that you prepare a starter for any beer that has a gravity over 1.050.
SoCo Homebrew is located in Austin, Texas. Therefore, we do charge sales tax for orders shipped to addresses in Texas. The sales tax amount should appear on your order once you type in your shipping address.
